In March 1984, Steve returned to Salmon Arm and joined Manulife Financial as a life insurance representative. In 1998 he created salmon arm financial ltd. which has grown into a full service financial planning company. Steve specializes in Corporate, Individual Estate and Succession Planning. Along with his expertise in complete financial and estate plans, he also works with Charitable Giving Plans. He is a creative individual who uses financial products and tax laws to generate substantial tax savings strategies for his clients.
Steve uses a simple philosophy; "Find out what is important and recommend the products that match."
When Steve is not working he enjoys contributing back to the community where he was born and raised, through many hours of volunteer work for all types of organizations - especially those pertaining to recreation..
Kevin Flynn, CFP, CLU, BComm

Kevin joined Salmon Arm Financial in September of 1996, after 10 years with London Life Insurance. Kevin has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
With over 23 years of experience in the financial service industry, Kevin brings a high level of expertise to a corporate or personal planning situation. Kevin's focus is in employee benefit planning for corporations and small business and financial security planning for individuals and business owners.
When not at work, Kevin can be found on the golf course or playing basketball or volleyball. Kevin is also in his third term as a Councillor for the City of Salmon Arm.
Cathy Bartsch

Cathy was born and raised in a small community in Northern Ontario. She moved to Vancouver during the summer of 1984 and completed a course at the local community college. After graduating, she began work in a downtown law firm where she worked as a legal secretary, then proceeded to move onto a smaller company where she worked as the receptionist/accounts receivable clerk for four years.
In 1996 Cathy moved to Salmon Arm and started working for Salmon Arm
Financial where she continues to be a valued member of our team.
Debbie Lord
Life Insurance Administration
Debbie moved to Salmon Arm in 1995 and was hired in September 2006 as our receptionist. Debbie is now our life insurance administrative assistant to both Steve and Kevin.
