What is Hammer & Associates Health Services Ltd?
Hammer & Associates Health Services Ltd was introduced as a cost-efficient means of providing medical and dental benefits for small and medium sized businesses.
We are an inexpensive way for incorporated businesses and sole proprietors to provide tax-free medical and dental services for themselves, their families and their employees and their families up to the maximums set by CRA.
It is 100% tax deductible to the corporation or the sole proprietor. Alternative benefit plans normally do not provide the coverage desired or are simply not cost-effective.
We can fill this gap.
Am I Eligible?
If you have an incorporated business, a limited company or sole proprietorship, you qualify. The size of the business does not matter. You could be a single shareholder or employee, or you could have numerous employees.
How does the Plan Work?
The Hammer & Associates plan directly reimburses your eligible expenses. The plan is used only when health related expenses are incurred. This means that the amount you pay is totally up to you. The entire expense then becomes 100% tax deductible to your company. You (or the employee) pay your medical and dental expenses as you normally would. Your employer then pays Hammer & Associates Health Services (the plan administrator) a payment to cover the expense plus an administration fee (which is also 100% tax-deductible to the employer).
Hammer & Associates then provides a tax-free reimbursement of the expense to you or the employee.
